<p>i never said princeton wasn't great; it is. but this question means alot because as a will-be scientist i want to know what my choices are where. my major (theoretical physics) is not even offered by princeton as it is in cornell. in fact, cornell is the only leading school that offers it that i have found. in science, NOT OVERALL, cornell and princeton are more or less tied in reality. i just want to know if majoring in physics at princeton will allow me to be a string theorist (or something in that line) as easily as theoretical physics major would at cornell. </p>
<p>this is a crucial time for me. i'm willing to apply ED to either of them... but i want to know which one i should ED.</p>
