my portal did change, got an email 15 mins ago, rejected
also it might be like CAS (at least i think it was for CAS i don’t really remember lol) where we get rejected but they send out TOs the next morning? or at least that’s what i hope happens haha
But not everyone got rejected, so its more likely that those who didn’t will get the transfer option IMO

I just received the TO through my email 10 minutes ago! I was rejected through my portal yesterday and received the offer this morning
