cornell & weill

Most of the time spent by the faculty is on their own independent research programs. They need to develop these programs to get promoted. Their research enhances their teaching. So it's a win-win situation. Biomedical research is not limited to medical schools. Cornell has HUGE graduate programs. Go on-line and check out the work being done. Each faculty member lists their interests. People work with mammalian cells all over not just at the VET school. You can even Google a particular investigator/faculty member. It's not too early for you to think outside the box to get the most out of school.
