Hi, Cornell is my top choice and I am applying regular admission to their school of Arts and Science. It would be great to hear what ya’ll think of my chances.

You kind of have a shot, but if you want to for sure get in, just apply to any school besides Arts & Sciences and then transfer in. Human Ec and ILR have acceptance rates in the 30-40% range and the process of transferring is so easy.

I disagree with the post above. Apply to the school you want to attend. However, you will probably increase your odds by applying ED if you know that is the school you want.
