Are Cornell's government classes any good? Above average most likely, but anything noteable? Also, how is the alumni network to get internships and the like?

bump .

My first hand info is a little old... but the department is top notch.... any course by Lowi and Krammnick are highly sought after... Cornell in Washington Program is also very good...

Many, many Cornellians in Washington and Albany... both high level and midlevel... alumni network is very helpful

Is the Cornell in Washington program -easily- accessible to students from other majors? Or do they mainly take in government majors?

i know a few who have gotten in pretty easily.

also, i've dined with prof. kramnick several times this last year b/c he's one of my house fellows (and also one of the top guns of the west campus initiative). very coool guy
