Cornhell?

Cornhell (noun) /k

Surprisingly, this is the first time I've heard Cornell being referred to as "Cornhell." Expletives sure, but "Cornhell" is semi-creative...

Hm, is the work load as bad as it's construed?

If you're an organized and motivated individual, you will be stressed during finals time but it's not TOO bad.

If you're the type of person who can't motivate yourself and procrasinates all the time, then the gorges start looking mighty good around finals.

hey norcalguy, where exactly are you from? I take it you're a current student at cu?

I'm from Cupertino, CA (Bay Area). I'm going to be a junior at Cornell next semester.

Well, I was told to take Cornell into consideration, but school work that makes students contemplate suicide? I don't know. In juxtaposition to other ivy's, however, how do you think Cornell's course load fairs?

ivyleagueORbust...you make me laugh, reading ur posts are much the highlight of my 6:30ish time...anyways
i think its true what they say because all those that i have talked to have allowed that it is hard work. My bud is going there next year and he is motivated enough to work hard.

I posted with a slight bit of hyperbole obviously. Cornell's suicide rate is actually around the national mean. But obviously, it's tough to get high grades at Cornell and you will have to work hard. And yes you will probably struggle if you don't have good study habits. If you are semi-intelligent and work hard, you should have no problems.
