It depends on the law school. More important are rigor of undergraduate school, GPA, and LSAT scores. </p>
<p>Where being a paralegal will help a great deal is in law school itself. The little things you pick up as a paralegal such as reading statues and case law can greatly improve your learning curve as a law student.</p>
<p>How demanding is it being a corporate lawyer? In terms of work hours, etc... Is the salary reasonable enough to pay off the years of law school debt?</p>
