Unfortunately, I sent out my applications to 12 of my Regular Action/Decision schools before realizing that my Common Application was the exact same one I used for Restricted Early Action to Princeton University and Early Action to the University of Virginia.

In my original Common Application, I didn't really do a good job explaining my activities/leadership positions. For example, my position of Treasurer in Mu Alpha Theta was detailed by a generic sentence or two that only described the everyday operation of the club, and not the achievements I've attained while being in office. It's not like the original descriptions are completely out of the park; rather, I feel like I could make my application stronger with my updated descriptions. It's not the end of the world if I weren't given the opportunity to modify them.

I'm a little nervous. It seems as if this entails for a revision, but I'm not sure what I should do. Should I call each of the schools and ask them if I can resubmit? Or should I email them the changes and ask them to replace my original statements with my updated descriptions?

So, I ask of you, the College Confidential community: what should I do?
