Correction on submitted UC application??? HELP!

Three days ago I submitted my UC application and I guess it’s instinct telling me something’s wrong so I went back to check it last night. AND I FOUND OUT I’VE FORGOTTEN TO PUT TWO COURSEWORK GRADES ON MY FRESHMAN YEAR ACADEMIC REPORTS.

I went through a self-worth crisis for hours and my friends and counselor told me to email the UC app center asap, which I did, and I got an email saying that no changes will be made on the application, only my correction mentioned on my correspondence will be shared to the campuses.

I’m really scared right now because what if the schools ignored the update/correction information and didn’t calculate the grades into my transcript?! My gpa is already a 3.4, and without the missing grades i feel like my gpa will drop to below 3.0.
Will the correction make college officers think I’m clumsy? And will it affect or lower my admission decisions???
I sent an email last night for the correction and still haven’t heard from them!!!

And i just noticed that quote: “Make sure to include your full name, date of birth, and your UC application ID number. Any documentation beyond the body of your email, that includes the information above, must be in the form of an attachment.”
What does it mean by that? Do i have to type everything in a document and attach it to the mail to send it?

They probably want a copy of your transcript with missing course work and grades. I would call to confirm.

I did attach a really tiny part of my transcript in the email of my missing course grades and course ID. Do you think that’s enough?

That should be fine. If they need more information, they will contact you.
