Corsage

Where do you usually get corsages, and what color goes with a pink dress?

Also, is it good to have a big one or a small one (like sometimes you can get 2 flowers or just 1 flower).

Thanks.

This is so sweet! Most girls prefer wrist corsages. To be safe I would go with classic white, and something fragrant. White baby roses maybe? Go to any florist. They can show you pictures or actual example. It's also fine to ask your date what she prefers.

^^ White baby roses are pretty! :] Go do what Suze sayz. ^^

lol I dont' think my date knows many things about corsages. There aren't too many florists around. I think most people go to supermarkets like fry's or something but I'll look for a florist. How long notice do they need?

I have white lilys to carry because then I can send them home with my mom after grand march.
You should order about two weeks ahead of time so if you have out of season flowers they can get there on time.

One thing to check on...allergies...I can't wear flowers cause some of them make me sneeze...i can have them in my house though...

you only need one florist to get the flower. And the florist should be able to do it.

White is the best color to go with - it matches EVERY color out there (except like, ivory).

As for flower, for homecoming, my mom did corsages (haha, she would not let my boyfriend do it 'I never got to dress her up when she was a kid because she hated dresses, but by God, I will do it now!'), and she got me a white calalily wrist corsage, while my boyfriend got the same for his um...shoot, I forget what they're called for guys. Anyway, everyone LOVED it, since it was original - everyone else had little roses, etc.

Good idea to find out if she has allergies though. My corsage came from our local gardening center, actually.
