@Cornbread1999 Yes, thankfully! At my school we have to write letters of intent for applying for AP/Honors courses, and they’re first come, first serve, which SUCKS.
@The5458Captain lol, at my school, we have to have a personal one on one meeting with our counselors to explain why we want to take APs. It’s really stupid
@Cornbread1999 Haha, really? We don’t have to do that but we have to write a petition if we want to take more than 2 AP/Honors courses.

Suuuuuper excited for COSMOS. My science teacher said he’s done with his recommendation, so yay! The only problem is that I have so much work to do and it’s all due around the same time as the COSMOS application. I may not seem stressed from how I’m writing, but I feel like my brain is going to burst.

One of my recs is done (the teacher told me some stuff he put in it and it was hilarious), but I’m not sure about the other… If it’s not done by Tuesday, I’m going to remind that teacher about it.

My school registrar said they couldn’t send me transcript until Feb 23. Do you guys think that will be too much of a problem?
I’m in 9th grade and I did mathcounts in 7th and 8th grade. In 8th grade I placed 6th in the county. Should I put mathcounts in EC section or just leave it out?
@csunshine91 I put mathcounts because I didn’t have any other meaningful ECs and I was in 9th grade when I applied too. But if you have good ECs from high school then you shouldn’t need too. I don’t think it’ll hurt, though. I got in, by the way.
I don’t know if I should replace green club with mathcounts, but green club is my only leadership spot.
So they do not ask for GPA or SAT scores?
@seal16 they ask for an official transcript, signed by the registrar. I don’t think SAT scores are required, but they won’t hurt.
