Cost of Attendace

Hey guys,
So i recently received my finalized financial aid award amount and it came up to $ 50,032 for both semesters. (which is absolutely amazing)

I was looking at the cost of attendance and the break down on their website was

Fall 2010
Tuition Expenses 18,750.00
Fees 268.00
Living Expenses 6,048.00
Books and Supply Expenses 550.00
Transportation Expenses 450.00
Term Total 26,066.00

Spring 2010

Tuition Expenses 18,750.00
Fees 268.00
Living Expenses 6,048.00
Books and Supply Expenses 550.00
Transportation Expenses 450.00
Term Total 26,066.00

Total Cost of Attendance 52,132.00

I am kind of confused as to what kind of fees they mean but "book and supply expenses" and transportation expenses. are those fees you pay to the school? because im pretty sure you buy your books/supplies separately..
also, im pretty sure im not going to do 450 $ worth of traveling. haha im just confusing.

so basically, my financial package is like a full ride then?

basically.

you have to pay tution, living fees, etc. (I think around 50k) to the school, then the rest of the cost of attendance is spent on stuff like books and travel that you just pay.

oh i see. so then the books/supply/transportation expenses are all estimates right?

yes they are estimates…so the price will vary depending on individual needs.
