seems like this essentially removes Berkeley from my list unless i can make reagents, which should cut down my total cost down to EFC level…</p>

<p>Actually anyone know of good merit based ones?, I would think my application is solid enough that i can have a decent shot at a few of them at Berkeley. Any Fellowship type of programs at Berkeley?</p>
