Could a Penn student chance me?

I'm currently a senior in high school who is applying to Penn ED (CAS) and am extremely nervous!! Any feedback would be much appreciated.

SAT: 2140 (superscored - 650 CW, 690 M, 800 W (11 on essay)) I will not be sending these
SAT II: 700 Chem, 770 Korean with listening, scores for Math II and Lit are not out yet, but I do not plan to send these
ACT: 33 (34 Math, 34 Reading, 32 English/Writing combined (12 on essay), 33 Science) - I've taken it twice, I plan to take it one more time later this month and send those scores directly, the second time I took it my score went down (to a 32) because I was very sick on the test day (but that won't show up on my application anywhere so)
HS Class Rank: Probably in top 15% if not 20%... my GPA died after junior year
GPA: weighted 4.3, unweighted 3.7 - mostly A, A-
Couseload: 6 APs total - Euro, Chem (junior year) Bio, Stats, English Lit, Calc BC (senior year), I've taken the highest possible level (the most rigorous) of courses that my school offers
AP scores: Euro (3), Chem (4)

Extracurriculars: Mock Trial (3 years), UNICEF Club (2 years), Science Team (2 years), Asian American Club (3 years), Orchestra (1st violin all three years, concertmaster for 2 years), member of National Honor Society - I moved states (and therefore high schools) before my sophomore year, which is why clubs are 3 years
Job: Employee at Kumon
Volunteering: local soup kitchen

State: MA
School Type: Public
Ethnicity, Gender: Asian female

Recommendations:
I have asked two of my favorite teachers for my recommendations. They know me well and I am reasonably sure that they will write good recommendations. My counselor is new this year but I have visited him twice and we get along very well (he is very young, 29). I think I can expect a good recommendation from him.

My numbers aren't great, I know that, but one of the things that I credit myself for being decent at is writing. I've written lots of drafts of my common app essay and I'm getting feedback from multiple people. I am in the beginning stages of the supplement and I have an idea of what I am going to write about. As of now, I am an undecided major, but a long term goal of mine is to attend law school (hence the mock trial).

In addition, two of my close friends currently attend Penn, and they are helping me with the supplement. This will obviously not show up in the application, but they will be helping in refining my essay.

Again, any feedback is greatly appreciated! So many people are applying with 36s and 2400s; I'm not going to back out of Penn ED, but I want to know what to expect in December.

honey, with those scores it’s a long shot. And being an overrepresented minority doesn’t help much either. Especially since your grades are decent but not stellar (the average GPA for Penn is above a 3.9). For ED i suggest that you apply somewhere more feasible (even Cornell would work). You don’t want to waste the early boost on somewhere that would be quite difficult for you to attain. I’m not trying to be harsh, as a current Penn student who saw many of my friends get rejected in the early round last year (and who subsequently wished they had used their early elsewhere and been done by December), I really just want to prevent this from happening to you. Best of luck though and I hope it all works out.

^Agreed, I don’t think you stand out/ have much chance at upenn.

also since you have a downward trend…

thank you for your honesty
