I'm international student and didn't score very well on SAT. After I did the research on average standardize test score, i'm now very nervous. I'm wonder if there's any part of my application that will help me get into school of my choice -- MIT, Yale, Harvard, UC Berkley, and University of Oregon. I'm applying to MIT and Yale as an early action.

It is the education system itself that does not allow me to join so many useful activity. There's also not many vounteer thing available neither. I tend to spended way to much time study for college entrance examination in Thailand which is now I changed my mind to study abroad, or otherwise I'd have done more.

I was accepted to college for fall 2009 already but I drop a year just so I can try send application to the college I wanted to go. So would it be any chance to get into good college if I write a good enough essay? Or is there anything I could do to help increase my chance of getting in? I know it's very low chance, but I still wanna try. Will it help if I try improve only my SATI score? And also, I plan to major in Astrophysics and maybe minor in Art. Thank you very much.

Or If there's any university that offer a lot of scholarship for international student that you could suggest, that would work too. Thanks again.
