The early action deadline is actually on November 1, and the subject test results come out on Oct. 24, so I think I should be fine. Also, I called Purdue today, and they said that subject tests don’t affect decisions that much, so I’ll probably just send my application in August and send my scores in October.

Well that’s odd. :sly:

When is the first subject test and what make them come, out on the 24? I thought you could take an SAT test in August and get your scores in September.

The first subject test is on October 5, and the results come out on the 24. The ACT is in September though. But like I said before, Purdue told me that they don’t really need the subject tests, so I’ll just send my application in August and send them my scores in October.

Well good luck.

You have a great chance of getting in; no worries here… Your curriculum is highly advanced and u have taken a bunch of courses tht will serve as fundamental basics for an engineering major. You EC are average and tend to be science focused. See if u can focus on one thing like your library volunteering to show tht u are well rounded and not just a math wiz.
Your standardized scores are all well over the 50% mark for this school (75%ish) so that is good
Now… GPA…
It is really low UW which is a concern bc as an engineer major u are going to be taking a ton of highly advanced math courses where the class avg is a 40%
So try to prepare for that lol

Best of luck

Thought I would let you all know that I was admitted to Engineering!
