unless you have self-studied that language and now are fluent in it as a result, i would not consider it a talent. i bet a lot of people are bilingual, especially those asians who speak chinese/korean/japanese at home and english at school.</p>
<p>If you can speak a foreign language while contorting yourself enough to put your head back in its backside home, that would be considered a talent.</p>
