Could i be rescinded?

<p>So i got accepted EA to UIUC for CS.</p>

<p>In my application, for the part where you had to self-report the classes that you are taking/going to take in 12th grade, i think one of the class i listed off that i would take for second semester was Java. Note that this class was NOT listed on the initial transcript that i sent in.</p>

<p>However, due to unforeseen conditions, i am most likely going to be unable to take the class. </p>

<p>would my acceptance be rescinded if the class is not listed on the end-of-year transcript that i send in? keep in mind that Java is just one class out of perhaps 8 or 9 that i listed off, all else of which I am definitely taking.</p>

<p>At worst they’d ask you and present you with an opportunity to explain yourself.</p>

<p>If I were you, I would have your counselor email the admissions office explaining the situation. I got accepted to UIUC EA for Biology (LAS) and I originally had French 4 for 2nd semester, but I dropped it and had my counselor send them an email explaining my reasons for dropping. I have a friend that goes there (now a sophmore) who dropped AP Spanish 2nd semester and his counselor just emailed them and he was good to go.</p>
