Could I enter premed with these stats?

I am going to a California Distinguished School. I am also pursuing a IB diploma. I am Indian and want to be a neurosurgeon. So, Please Chance me for all UC's and if possible, then University of Michigan. I am worried that since premed at UC's is probably competitive, I might not make it.
I am pretty sure about these calculations.

Dream College- UC Davis

Hook- My family has a history of diabetes, therefore I want to be a doctor or med category to help others.

Cumulative GPA Weighted-4.05
UW-3.68
10-12 GPA Weighted-4.22
UW-3.74
UC Weighted GPA capped -4.135
UW-3.78

I have a slight upward trend.

SAT-2150 M-750 CR-700 W-700-expected
SAT II- Biology-750 Chemistry-700

AP World History: 3
AP Chem-5
APUSH-4
AP Bio -3

I took all honors possible and 5 AP/IB in junior year first semester and 6 in second semester.

I don't which extracurriculars to use for you guys to chance me, so Im putting most of them.

Exc's- I helped a poor village in India during summer time and have letters from doctors over there who worked in the hospitals. Will these be credible? I don't know how else to prove this besides photographs and letters since it was not a formal program such as Peace Corp.

Clubs:
Science Olympiad - 2 years (11-12).
Treasurer for poetry club- 2 years (11-12)
Mecha club-2 yrs (9-10)
Grey Matters Club- 2 yrs.
Future Doctors of America-2 yrs. (11-12)
National Honor Society - For IB 1 year in senior year
Local County Art Awards in Freshman Year.( 3 first places, 2 second places, 1 fourth place).
Volunteered from 10th grade in summer in a Virginia Hospital. (Will Continue some more Volunteering for IB CAS Hours).

By end of summer, I will have nearly 400+ hours.

I could not be committed since I had to move at the beginning of junior year.

I had to move at the beginning of junior year but continued with IB, so i don't know how this will affect my chances. I prize my exc's on the art awards and volunteering in India.

My letters might include having to move almost 5 times and this brought my grade down in freshman year. I moved at the beginning of my junior year too. My uncle also died in sophomore year and he raised me in my childhood before I had moved to U.S. The stress of constantly moving and making new friends held me back, but I have not gotten a C ever. I believe the personal statement, Letters of Recommendation and Essays will be good. I believe IB is loved by the UC's too. So, Please Chance me for all UC's since I only want to get into any UC or University of Michigan. I am in-state and have gone to all the best public schools in my area and my family has $250,000 income too. I also took all the hardest courses with 2 sciences in one year.

Can I get into a UC with the competitiveness of the premed program, mainly Davis, LA, Irvine or Michigan.

If I don't get into the specific premed program, can I still go to med school? I am a little confused on the system.

Wrong forum.

You need to post in the “What are my chances?” forum

[What Are My Chances? - College Confidential](Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums)

Pre med is not a major (except at Penn State). It’s an intent to eventually apply to medical school.

As for the neurosurgery…worry about getting into medical school first.

A more than a few have premed major at some state and small private schools, but it is morphing into just bio or a multitude of majors with the “core course” bio, gen chem, organic chem, calc and physics usually. Just take the neuroscience courses in college to,make sure you like it. Some med schools want you to know your eventual specialty by the end of the second year since you do not rotate through every specialty anymore
