Could I get accepted?

Hi, I'm currently a sophomore at The Science Academy of South Texas ranked third among Texas high schools and ranked number twenty six on The Washington Review.
I didn't start that well in my freshman year, it was my first year in the United States and I beverly knew some words in english and kind of keep going in a conversation, sometimes people didn't know what the heck I was talking about, the good thing is that is the valley :) almost everyone understands spanish, but my school not all of them, well I started with really low grades the first semester I failed 4 of my classes and the second semester I failed just one and the others average with the second semester grade which means that I pass, thanks God I learned english and by summer I was able to be understandable and in summer I was mentor of my school for the new freshman's, I won regionals for a program called National Hispanic Institute (NHI), I went to state and was finalist of my debate event called oratory, and got selected for Nationals, Judge of regionals for the same year, and staff of the program. I was in Astronomy club and PE club.

But my GPA was really low around 2.3 and I beverly passed with 70's-80's. All my classes were Pre-Ap and Algebra CP and 1 Engineering Course (Introduction to The Engineering Design) and took Spanish AP exam with a grade of a 4

My sophomore year, I got most of my classes Pre-Ap, Psychology AP and World Geography CP. I signed up for the spanish, Digital Electronics and the psychology AP exams. I'm taking right now 1 engineering course (Digital Electronics)
I'm currently reporter of the Scitech Solar Car, Staff of ''NHI'', Finalist of Nationals, Going to be participant of LDZ ''NHI'', Hopefully be accepted in the UTPA Summer Research Program and going to take classes at UTPA in summer (Pre-Cal & Calculus AB) At this point I have 250 Community hours and by the end of the year I'll have around 400 community hours. I have a GPA of 2.7 and I took this saturday my first ACT.

My Junior year is going to be like this
Principles Of Engineering (Engineer Course) Weighted as AP
English lV AP
Environment Science AP
Calculus AB AP

and end junior year with at least 5 act taken and most likely 27-30, All my AP exams pass and about a total of 650 community hours in total since freshman year.. and Hopefully end with a GPA of 3.00 -3.2
