Could I get in? UVA, UNC, NEU

Hi everyone! I am applying, regular decision, to University of Virginia, University of North Carolina, and Northeastern University. What are my chances of getting into these schools, and what could I do to improve them? (These are not the only schools I am applying to. I have several other match/safeties)

ACT- 28 (Waiting on Oct 2015 scores)

Dual Enrollment- College Composition and Pre-Calculus
(All other classes have been Honors since Freshman Year)

UNC-CH will be a reach as OOS. I cannot comment on the other schools.

3.65 UW and 28 ACT are borderline for UVA in state. Top 10% of class is good (and class standing is more important than your numeric GPA). Hispanic, low income, and first generation college student all help your chances.

Try to narrow your EC focus to one or two activities that are most important to you, preferably activities that are a little unusual or uncommon for HS students. And of course, tighten up your essays and make them sparkle.

I would estimate your in state chances for UVA at better than 50-50.
