Could I get in with a 3.2 GPA Computer Science? Transfer student

<p>So when I first started at CC I didn’t try as hard as I could in my classes and got a lot of C’s, which is why my GPA is so low. I managed to pull it up from a 2.7 to a 3.26 in a year in a half and it could go higher after the fall (idk if fall grades are looked at). </p>

<p>I will have IGETC done, and all my major courses as well, except for maybe one course that is not offered at my CC.</p>

<p>I know Comp Sci is impacted so I don’t know if I can get in. Does anyone know if I have a chance?</p>

<p>CS is very competitive, I think you’ll need closer to a 3.5 to be admitted directly into that program. Call, or better yet, visit the CPP admissions office and ask them for the threshold directly. </p>
