<p>They will look at your weighted average and also look to see that you have A’s and B’s. Your ACT may be a little low. Take it again. I don’t recall the middle 50% for the ACT but I believe it was above 26. My D has a 29 and a 30 superscored and I remember thinking that she was within range without a point to spare. </p>
<p>I’m actually starting my freshman year in a month so I guess my info is up to date. The median of UM’s ACT score is 29-32, so I think you should take the ACT again or bring up your SAT score. Also, make sure you have a balance of volunteering, work, and sports/hobbies. Pick your recommendation writers carefully because they can make or break you in this process. Good luck :)</p>
