Could I get into a really good university?

For right now, in Florida would be ideal because it's my home state, and FSU or UF would be nice. However, Columbia or NYU would be really nice schools to attend as well.

I'm a rising junior, so I haven't taken my SATs or ACTs yet, but I will this fall. I'm expecting to score high. I'll list my two year plan.
GPA: 4.2 (Weighted) 3.8 (Unweighted)
I've only gotten 2 B's in high school, and one was a high school credit offered in middle school. I'm also hispanic, president of two clubs (including drama), a member of five other clubs, and have accumulated 150 hours of volunteer service so far.

Senior schedule: AP English, AP U.S. Gov, AP Chemistry, Pre-Calculus honors, Anatomy/Physiology honors, Economics honors, Drama 4
Junior schedule: AP English, AP Psych, AP U.S. History, AP Spanish, Algebra 2/Trig honors, Chemistry honors, Physics honors, and Drama 3.

I took AP World and AP Bio my sophomore year, and scored a 3 in AP World, but didn't pass AP Biology.

You have a shot, sure. You want to focus on some clubs and do a lot for them rather than being involved in 7 different clubs though - that looks like resume padding. Just be involved in activities you love, try to get recognition/awards in them, write a terrific essay and get great recs, and you’ll have a good shot. Best of luck!

SAT score?

you really need to take that test, fast.

There’s no reason to rush the SAT or SAT II. What is your definition of a good university?

I know I should take those tests, but students usually don’t take them till junior year, and I haven’t started my junior year yet.
I mean a really good university like University of Florida or Florida State University in Florida, and NYU or Columbia when talking out of state.

UOF and FSU should be very easy for you to get in. Columbia is a horse of different color, besides, the cost of Columbia and NYU is around 60K, vs maybe 20K for State U, all inclusive.
