Could I get into Boston University?

Hello! I'm currently having a bit of anxiety about my top choice, Boston University, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how good my chances are.

4.65 GPA (weighted), 19 out of 352

SAT Scores:
Reading: 640
Writing: 730
Math: 640

I've taken 7 AP classes in high school, and the rest have been honors or seminar (in my school, that's the level between honors and AP). My grades are mostly A- to A, with a few Bs in math and science, and mostly A+ in english and history. As well, I'm very active in extra curriculars, as noted below:

My essays for Boston University weren't stellar, but I was wondering as well if a mediocre essay would hurt my chances a lot, given the above.

Thanks so much!

My daughter was accepted RD with slightly lower stats two years ago, I am guessing you have a good shot!

You have a very good shot. SAT CR and M are average, but writing is top 25%. GPA is great and so is class rank, and you clearly have a ton of EC’s. I’d put it at an 80-90% chance that you’ll get in.

Chance back?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/815089-johns-hopkins-ed-ill-chance-back.html

^really? i’d put it a 100% chance since 4.6 is way above the average gpa for kids applying.

You’re WAY qualified for BU.

BU’s mean stats were
1900 SAT and
3.5 GPA

I got accepted as a first semester transfer with a 2020 and 4.0 (which is harder to get in). You will get in, no problem, and you should be in good position for some nice merit aid.

you have a 120% chance of getting accepted.

I think you have a good chance of admission.

Thank you so much guys! This really helps a lot (:
