Could I get into Emory?

I didn't do so well in high school, never cared too much about grades, had a 3.4 GPA on a 5 scale with a 30 on my ACT. Now I'm a freshman at the University of Iowa in my first semester. My current GPA is about a 3.5 on a 4 scale but as I've adjusted to college life, my grades are only getting better and I'm confident I can get that up.

I know that my only chance of transferring are if I do it junior year so that they will be mostly looking at only my college grades. I'm a business major and will try to transfer into the business school. What kind of GPA and other activities should I get at Iowa so that I have the best chance of transferring into Emory University or other top business schools by my junior year?

Also if anyone knows what courses I should take so that they are transferable to Emory that would be very helpful.

Hey I just got accepted as an Emory Spring transfer. My GPA was actually just a 3.4 but I got really good letters of rec. It also really helps if your essays reflect how passionate you are about the school and if you talk about what you hope to add to the emory community.
If you can, try to set up meetings with some of the professors at Emory to show your interest  I hope it works out for you
