Could I get into Penn State?

It's one of my dream schools and also one of my not so sure I can get in schools

My sister is currently a Sophmore there and she got in with a 1700-1800 SAT

My SAT score is very low (1600 with a 550 on reading, 530 on writing, and 510 on math) this was the october SAT. I improved a lot from the previous one I took in march though (I got like a 1400 with a 430 in reading 520 in writing and 510 in math) and I think I am going to take the december SAT as my last one, and I am planning on studying a lot for it to get at LEAST a 1700-1800
I'm hispanic and throughout my life i've lived in 4 different countries (im gonna talk about that on my essays)
and I am getting help with my essays by a tutor so they are going to be fairlygood.
Im in the IB program andmy GPA is 3.0 unweighted and 3.3 weighted.
I don't have an expectionally high amount of extracurricular and volunteering but I have some
oh and I live in Texas

I already applied and my personal statement was really good (i talked about all the changes i've gone though in my life) and i sent those 2 SAT scores and will send the December ones. I also saw that they don't even consider recommendation letters and I didn't send a resume either (all I did was talk about my activities in the optional activities list box in the app)
I'm just so scared I'm not gonna get in.... When I visited my sister I fell in love with the campus and the people and everything :(

Anyone…

From the PSU site:

Middle 50% GPA & Standardized Test Range for First-year Students

High School GPA (4.0 scale)
Penn State University Park:3.55-3.97 All other campuses:3.00-3.50
Combined SAT
Penn State University Park:1750-2000 All other campuses:1460-1690
Combined ACT
Penn State University Park:26-30 All other campuses:21-25
Combined English/Writing ACT
Penn State University Park:25-30 All other campuses:19-24

So based only on GPA and test scores, it looks like you will are more in-line with a branch campus. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. After 2 years, you will be at the Main Campus. So bottom line, if you don’t get there immedicately, you will get there soon after.

One concern is that Penn State is 45K out of state and doesn’t have financial aid. SO, do your parents have 40,000 for each year of school?
If not, you need to recalibrate your list.
