<p>Could I get into the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a 3.57 GPA and a 24 on my ACT?
Extracurriculars:
Debate: 10th, 11th, 12th
Tennis: 10th, 11th and 12th (varsity)
Volunteering:
Relay for Life
Canning at an Intersection</p>

<p>Things you should know about me:
-I took Precalculus over the summer to advance to Precalculus and Discrete Mathematics my senior year
-I have not won any awards
-I had an OK freshman and sophomore year, but a 3.8 first semester of Junior Year and a 4.0 second semester of Junior year.
-I have taken all regular level courses except for 1 honors history elective my sophomore year
-I have challenged myself my senior year by taking AP Bio and Engineering Physics
-I am white (middle-eastern)
-Both of my parents went to college</p>

Would I have better chances of getting in if I applied to their General Studies program instead of their Pre-med program?</p>

<p>Yes, I have lived in Illinois my entire life. On my transcript, it says unweighted and cumulative academic GPA. My school does not provide us with a ranking. Also, I would like to add that I will be visiting their campus on October 6.</p>
