I am a Junior in HS planning on going into Physical Therapy/Sports Medicine

Awards: UW Greenbay Outstanding civic and academic achievements
Extracurriculars:

Tennis (9th, 10th, 12th)

Soccer (9th, 10th)
Volunteer at the hospital once a week 4 hours (for 1 year so far)
Volunteer at local elementary school big sister program (for 1 year so far)
Health Occupation Students of America
Student Council
Link Crew
Peer helpers
African American Club
Book Club
Mock Trial
DECA (buisness club)

I also have taken honors math class this year as well as honors English my freshmen and sophomore year, and took AP this year. I also started a model United Nations club at my school, and will attend a elective state conference for girls interested in government.

Work on getting your GPA up. I don’t think a 3.0 will cut it.

I think you might be able to find a better choice for physical therapy.

I think I should add I’m not 100% sure about physical therapy, I’m really interested in UChicago PoliSci department.

Okay, then you need to work on that GPA and study hard for the ACT, and work super hard on your essays.
