Could I get into UIUC?

<p>I want to apply to the engineering department at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I got a 31 ACT composite with a 34 on the Math section. I am near the top 15% percent in my class, and I received the National Hispanic Scholar award. Do I have a good chance of getting in?</p>
