i have a 3.5 uw gpa 3.85 weighted gpa, is haven’t taken sat yet but got a 1240 without trying on my psat. I do a bunch of clubs, national honors society, soccer, track, tennis and both my parents went there. I took 4 honors freshman year, 3 sophomore year, and 3 ap’s, 1 honors class junior year. What do you guys think? Appreciate it
A friend of mine with a similar GPA and ECs but with an SAT of 1450 got into UMass Amherst Computer Science along with $12,000 scholarships for four years. I’m sure you have chance of getting in.
Im pretty sure I’m an anomaly considering the stats everyone else had. OOS (Texas) Accepted into first choice major (Chemistry) a 3.29 UW GPA with a 3.9 weighted. 1360 on SAT 700 reading 660 math. 4 years varsity swim team and triathlon team with various awards at district and regional level. Took 1 AP junior year and and 4 Senior year. National Hispanic Merit Scholar for PSAT. 5 on AP Spanish test. Volunteer regularly and hold 2 jobs.
