Could I have a list and chances?

I'm currently a Junior, and I have no idea where I should apply for college. First, I'll give some stats.

PSAT: 76M 73CR 64W (Ouch! these, especially the writting should be better by the time I take the actual test, which I will study for)

GPA/Class Rank: No class rank, ~3.85-3.9 UW GPA, no weighted grades)
I'm taking what I feel is easily the hardest Junior Yr. Schedule in the school)

Classes:
I'm not going to list anything before Jr. Year. My 1st Semester Junior Yr. Grades were a tad lower than they usually are, and I am worried that this might hurt me. The second semester grades are based on what I am getting now, or what I am on pace to end up with) The Spanish and History teachers realized that A's were almost impossible, so they changed their grading scale for the second semester.

Grades:
AP CHEM: B+/B+
AP PHYSICS C: A/A
AP CALC BC: A/A
US HISTORY: B+/A
SPANISH 4: B+/A
ENGLISH: A+/A

Senior Year:

College Physics
Linear Algebra and Multivariable Calculus
AP ENGLISH
AP EURO
AP SPANISH

Extracurricular Activities: (these will hurt me, i think. I didn't do any resume padding, and instead chose to do the activities that I love, and be devoted to them)

Knowlege/Trivial Bowl Team: (9,10,11,12) [12hrs/wk, 10wks/year AND 3hrs/wk, 8wks/year; Spokesperson (a team captain) (11,12) Team made state my sophomore year. I helpled save the team from elimination due to budget cuts/lack of coach/supposed "lack of interest."

Volunteering at local nursing home: Summer between Soph and Junior years. Part of junior year. Led small group of students to the nursing home. WE socialized and played cards with the residents. I will have ~200-250 hours.

Intramural Ultimate Frisbee :) : (10,11,12) I play Ultimate for 3-5 hours a week.

Movie Club: 3hrs/wk, all year

Bridge Club: 3hrs/wk, all year Helped found. I am an obsessive card player. Play additional 5-8 hours a week outside of Bridge Club.

These activities take up almost all of my time.

Random Awards:
AMC-12 School Winner
Award for Spanish Proficiency
Top 50/900 taking a standardized physics exam in a 5 or 6 state area. The top 10 physics students from each school compete (on average_
I have various other awards.

Also, I skipped a grade in junior high, but I am about the same age as everyone else.

I would like to major in physics, with a possible dbl major in english (lol)

I like the Northeast, the West Coast, Illinois and Minnesota.
I like to be around people who care about learning.

Any list of potential reaches and matches would be awesome! (I have a safety)
Thanks for any reply.

I'll even take no list. Just, how high should I aim?

CMU, MIT, CORNELL

brown has a higher acceptance rate for physics majors i heard

Thanks for the reply crichessill. To anybody: What would be some good match colleges for me?

Case Western maybe

More opinions would be m4d 1337 c00| and I really need them, because I need ideas. Anyways will colleges look at my junior year 3 B+'s (which, is a grade that, mind you, I don't think is bad at all) and shout OUTRAGE! DOWNWARD TREDND!!!! or is this not that big of a deal, especially if I turn the B+'s into A's? (except for chem) Anyhow, thanks for any replies. Also, I'm not an ubergrade-obsessed maniac, but I just want to know what colleges care about, b/c I don't want them to reject me because of grades. Also, my school doesnt have a marketing course, if it did I would have prolly come up with a title good enough to warrant more than TWO replies (thx to both of you who did by the way.)

RESPUESTAME!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, would I stand a chance at Carleton College? (I wan't to try to maybe stay in state [yes I know that I split my infinitives, I'm becoming saddened in you peoples lack of advice :(]}

How do you play bridge? I've always wanted to learn. Got a website or something?

I suggest Northwestern, Carleton, U of Chicago

1)The American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) is the main Bridge group. Their website is the same as their acronym then ".org" (I don't know if they want links posted or not.) The site may be helpful, namely the "Learn" section because it has "learn to play" software on it (which I havent tried because I'm on a mac). If that doesnt help I would HIGHLY recomend the "Clubs" Book by Audrey Grant, I believe. It would be helpful to play too; yahoo has a a "beginners lounge" that you could try once you learn the basics. It is thee most fun if you teach 3 friends how to play too. We need more bridge players under 65 :)!

2) Thank you very much for replying :). I'll definatly listen to your advise.

Thanks for the bridge advice :) I live in MN so I'm familiar with colleges in the area.

Linear Algebra and Multivariable Calculus... Is that a course at your high school? If so.. you lucky duck!

The Linear Algebra and Multivariable Calc are each one-semester courses, and unfortunatly they are not taught at my school. Fortunatly my school is affiliated with a college that we can take classes at, so that's what I'm going to do. Isnt it a law though that hs students get free college at a university? it is in minnesota :)

Yeah, so there is one thing that I would like a difinitive answer to. That BBBBBBBBBBBBB thread is reallly disconcerting. Will 3 B+'s in my JUNIOR YEAR killl me for colleges like MIT, UChicago, and Carleton for nstance?

Ayudame! So far I think I have MIT, Carleton, Chicago, maybe Northwestern. Could I get more? And still, IS IT UBER-BAD that i got my ONLY b+'s in my Junior year?
