Oh, you were talking about Pakistan!

Yeah, that one WAS pretty impressive.

i got a 24 in dec and then a 26 in feb and then a 31 in june. i did prep a little for the june act.
just wondering if it’s possible to jump to a 33-34 on the sept act

^ I love fire and ice in Providence! ( Don’t know if that was what you were going for…)

hahaha! I love the fact that you made your name “NuclearPakistan1”, to show that Pakistan has nuclear bombs! hahaha!

oh…wait a moment…since when are we playing the “admire the screen name above you” game? ;)

Ok, so I’m probably going to use:
The Real ACT Prep Guide
Barron’s ACT
Princeton Review ACT
McGraw Hill ACT
all before I take the test, I will do all of the practice tests too.

Should this help me to improve from a 31?
I’ve also been reading a lot more (regular novels) since the last ACT I took, would this probably help reading comprehension?

Get mcgraw hill the crap off that list right now.

it is terrible, way easier than the real thing.

You should replace it with 1296 real ACT questions, then the list would be pimped out.

^^Egbert, I’m just using the books that are at my local library… I don’t see the point to going out and buying them if they are right there and if I won’t have them for a long time.

I’m going through about a book every week and a half because I’m thinking of taking the September ACT. Good idea? Thanks for input. Would this really help improve my score if I am coming up with ideas that will help me?

Ok, fine. Just do yourself a favor and do not use McGraw Hill. It pales in comparison to the other books you mentioned as far as being unrealistic goes.

This is a good idea as long as you believe you are learning a good amount from each book. Remember, you yourself should interpret the book in a way that fulfills your desires.

OK, thanks Egbert. I probably won’t use the McGraw Hill one then…

Good. It is just too easy.
