Could my UCLA admission get revoked? Please help, really worried!

hello,
I recently got accepted at UCLA College of Letters and science-Social science undeclared.
I was reading their Freshmen Provisional Admission Contract, and there is something that is really bothering me. I would really appreciate any help!

So, one part on the contract states - "Maintain Academic Performance-
Complete your senior year program with the same high standards you have demonstrated thus far. You must complete the senior year academic classes listed on your application with at least a minimum overall unweighted B average. You must notify our office if your grades drop significantly, you receive an excess number of C grades, you receive any D or F grades, or your class schedule changes. "

Now here's the problem. Firstly, I am an international student. Here, my school year is already over. These were my Grade 12 courses and grades -(The third column of grades are my final term grades, which I must report now, which are the ones Im worried about).
English- English NH Trimester A- A- A-
Mathematics- Mathematics NH Trimester D C D
Laboratory Science- Computer Science NH Trimester B A- A-
Laboratory Science- Physics NH Trimester B F F
College-Prep Electives- Accounts NH Trimester F A- C
College-Prep Electives Environmental Education NH Trimester A- A A+

As you can see, this last term, I got an F in physics and a D in Math. Is it likely to revoke my admission? Considering the fact that I got in having shown an F in my second term in Physics as well, so its technically not 'dropped' from last term ? And if you look at the first two columns,I wasn't an A+ student to begin with, so its not like my grades fell from As to an F...

Please keep in mind, that I have been suffering from a medical condition (that I had made clear on the application) which got me admitted in the hospital a number of times, and resulted in my poorer grades this year in comparison to previous years, and just before my final term exams, I fell sick and got admitted in the hospital again, which resulted in me failing physics. Please understand, that grading in my country is not how it works in the US. It is not a grade judging the whole semester's work; it is given based on one, single, 3 hour examination taken at the end of every term. So it is just during those exams that I fell terribly sick, and so performed poorly.
This is something I fully intend to explain on the "Academic changes" part.

Considering all of the above, and also the fact that I intend to major in the Social Sciences/English in the College of Letters and Science, and Math and Physics are therefore not crucial courses to my intended major, do you think my admission could get revoked?

Also, when do you think I should report it? After I send my Statement of Intent to Register, or right away? Or should I first email UCLA explaining my predicament? Or should I not report anything at all?

I also gave the ISC (India's version of a GCE-A level), the results of which will be out in May in the same subjects. I feel I have done well in these exams and have definitely gotten a B or higher in those. So should I wait till those come out to report my school grades, so that the final ISC grades create a better impression? Or should I report them right away and report my ISC grades when they come?

Please help! Any advice would be appreciated! Im really confused! And extremely worried! :(

BUMPP…
please?! anybody!!

Don’t guess about it… contact admissions… explain and include medical verification if they ask for it. I would guess, but it’s ONLY my opinion… that the worst that would happen is academic probation at first. Hope your medical condition gets better.

So a through g requirement requires to fullfill the requirement without Ds and Fs you have a good chance of your admission being revoked to be honest. can you make it up? You should call the admission office and explain your situation but it seems like youre.in.a.very bad situaion…

As far as I know, UCs only look at your grades for Junior and Sophomore year. Can you still graduate and fulfill the A-G requirements if you drop those classes? If you can, you may want to do that.

Sonu, Your ISC is you final school grade. That is like your final grade for the year. I’d consider your school grade as a progress grade and wait for your ISC grades and then submit them. It is not so much about creating a better impression but what is the valid one. If you didn’t get passing graded in ISC your Indian college won’t accept you either.

ISC is your school leaving certificate or as we here call it, A High School Diploma.

Because your international, you should really get UCLA admissions on the phone and explain this situation.

I was admitted to UCLA, and i called to ask about the provisional admission contract because im taking 4 APs this year and i got 2 Bs and 2 Cs. I called them and they said it would be fine as long as i dont get another C, and my total high school GPA does not drop below 3.0 unweighted.

the 4 warning signs they look for are a D, F, or 3 or more Cs in academic classes, or if your overall highschool GPA were to fall below 3.0

You obviously have a different situation, and when i spoke to the admissions officer they said what they usually revoke admission for is people intentionally slacking off, better known as senioritis.

When does your GCE come out? I would suggest that you wait if it will come out on time. GCE is an equivalent of US high school. The result will give a better picture of your grades.

I feel that I need to explain this better…
@ucsdveteran - It is my ISC that confirms whether I graduate or not, whose results will come out in May…
I’m not worried about that because I know for a fact ive done very well on those… Shouldnt get lesser than a B on any of my subjects… so ive definitely ‘graduated’ for all intents and purposes…I guess I’ll speak to my counsellor and ask if all they want is my ISC report… then I should be fine sending in that once it comes out…

@cahsparent - does that mean I wont have to submit my “progress report”, as you call it? Only my ISC. wow that would be a relief !

I got accepted in UCLA with mostly borderline Bs (80, 81, 82, 85, 80, 100) in first semester. In Jan/Feb I had lot of absences due to sickness from school and I got 49, 73, 72, 68, 75, 100 in 4th six week. I picked up my grades from 5th six week and got Bs & Cs. In sixth six I got As and high Bs. In 2nd semester exam I am getting As mostly. But due to 4th six week really low grades, my 2nd semester average may have 3 or 4 Cs (79, 78, 79, 78, 85, 100). My overall grades (1st+2nd) will be all Bs. My 2nd semester GPA will be well above 3.0 as well as overall GPA. I didnt drop any course. I also got few awards in national competitions. Do u think my admission is at risk?
