Could someone clear up my transcript question?

My high school gave me 4 transcripts of mine, each sealed in an envelope which the official "transcript" seal on the back. Since the return address is my high school's address - and not mine - I was wondering if I should mail the transcripts just like this or it would be better to put them inside a bigger envelope which has my own return address listed? This probably is not that big of a deal but I am asking because I dont want any confusion, but I don't want to go out of my way and do procedures I don't necessarily have to do.

Usually your high school is supposed to mail them. I think you should put on the proper stamps and mail them as is, it is the reason why your high school gave them to you instead of sending them directly.

Our HS actually prefers for you to provide an already addressed-stamped envelope - with the student’s return address.

Their logic - if for some reason the envelope is returned - it will be returned to the student where is it likely to be more quickly noticed than it might be intermingled with various envelopes in the registrars/counselors office.
