Could someone please chance me at a few schools? I'll chance back :D

Okay so I'm not too sure on my chances at some of these schools and any help is very much appreciated. Here's my info:

GPA: weighted: 3.329 unweighted: 3.171

Class Rank: weighted: 181/487 unweighted:184/487

ACT: 29 composite (34 english, 29 science, 24 reading, 27 math)

Grade Trend: My grades show a positive trend at the same time my course difficulty as increasing. Freshman year: 2.8, regular courses. Sophomore year: 3.0 (2 honors classes) **Junior year:/B 4.08 (2 A.P. classes)

Senior Year Courses: 3 A.P. classes, 2 regulars. I have straight A's in these. (4.6 GPA)

Recommendation and Essay: Essay focusing on one class but emphasizing overall positive grade trend. My letter of recommendation is from my A.P. Latin teacher who I have had for all 4 years and it's going to be a great recommendation.

Extracurriculars:
-3 years of lifeguarding at highschool pool
-nominated student of the month
-3 years teaching children how to swim at highschool pool
-volunteered every year for 2 years at the community shelter for women and children
-volunteering at hospital senior year
-(good shot at being accepted into) medical internship program for highschool students and local hospital. (only 20 students accepted)
-2 years working at public pool as lifeguard/swim instructor
-1st degree black belt in tae-kwon-do
-varsity water polo, junior varsity swimming
-volunteered as junior counselor for the park district freshman year

The schools I am looking at are: Miami University, Creighton University, Marquette University, Depauw University, Indiana University, and Michigan University. What do you guys think my chances are at these? Also I'm looking for some good low-medium reach schools...I chose Michigan as one but does anyone know of any other good/realistic ones? ty so much for reading this!

anyoneeeee?

Depauw - match/in
Miami - sorry, not familiar with this school
Creighton - match/in
Marquette - match/in
Indiana - most likely in

It's good that your grades show an upward trend while they are getting more difficult. That should slightly offset your semi-low gpa. Good Luck!

anyone else? :D

You have a great shot at all of the schools except for Uof MICH. Your ACT is on the lower side + your GPA is low too. My suggestion is to get your ACT up to at least a 30+ to make up for your GPA

Omaha native here, Creighton is a lock, as is probably Marquette, Depauw, and Indiana (if in state)
Michigan is a reach, if Miami (FL) reach

thanks. anyone have any good suggestions for other schools? it sounds like all my choices now are pretty much a lock save for U MICH...if it helps, I plan on going pre-med so I'd need a school with nice research opportunities too....any suggestions?

hey man chance me!!! Padthai is better than flatnoodles!

anyone have any thoughts on potential reach schools though? : /

bummmmmmmp

bump again

how about UIUC(Uof Illinois-urbana champaigne)? what is your major?

I'm going pre-med...possibly major in biomedical sciences, biology, microbiology...I've considered UIUC, im an Illinois resident too....but Im not sure if a smaller school may be better for more opportunities and individual attention through premed years.

Boston University has a great pre-med/biology. And it's a low reach for you

BU's a little pricey though...is it really worth it? does it outweigh miami and creighton's premed?

haha that's your job now bro, but I know its one of the top in the US
