Could someone please help me predict my chances?

I will be a first generation college student and my mom's income is less than $35,000. I am Asian, and my intended major is biomedical engineering with pre-med. I go to a public high school and my unweighted GPA is about 4.0/5.0. My weighted GPA is 4.56/5.0. In freshman and sophomore year, I was in all honors classes with 1 AP class each year. I had straight As freshman year and was ranked 3rd in my class at the time, but 2nd semester sophomore year and 1st semester junior year I did poorly due to family problems, which brought my GPA down by a lot. I received 1 F in a class that I am now retaking so it will be replaced with an A, and a couple of Ds and several Cs. I am in mostly regular classes this year except for Honors Spanish and Pre-Calculus. Second semester junior year I have almost all As except for a B in Spanish and Pre-Calc. Senior year I will be taking AP Calculus BC, AP Spanish, AP English Literature, AP Economics, and AP Biology. I have about 60 hrs of volunteering at the library but not many other extracurricular activities because my mom wanted me to babysit my little brothers while she was at work, but I am going to try to join some clubs senior year.
AP scores:
Human Geography: 4
World History: 4
ACT scores:
Composite 29, English 29, Math 29, Reading 34, Science 23, 9 out of 12 on the essay
Composite 31, English 33, Math 28, Reading 34, Science 28
SAT score:
Reading: 800, Math: 660, Writing 750
PSAT score: 204 so I think I qualified for commended.
Also, I am fluent in three languages so does that help my chances at all?
Also, I plan on taking the ACT two more times, the SAT once more, and some SAT subject tests. I definitely think that I can improve on my SAT score because I didn't prepare for the math at all the first time I took it. I don't think that I will be able to improve my ACT much though, but I will try to raise my composite to a 34.
Do I have a chance of getting into any of these colleges?
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
University of Illinois at Chicago
University of Illinois at Springfield
Illinois Institute of Technology
University of Wisconsin-Madison
University of Michigan
Illinois Wesleyan
DePaul University
University of Chicago
Northwestern University
New York University
University of Rochester
Boston University
University of Southern California

Thanks so much to anyone who replies! I have no idea of which colleges will accept me, so I would really appreciate it if anyone could also list some colleges that I could consider "safety" schools, "match" schools, and "close reach" schools.

bump…

In at all, no doubt.

Definitley do better on your SAT/ACT. Your GPA is great, but due to your lack of rigorous classes and ECs it kinda hinders your college admission chances. UChicago,Northwestern, and USC are going to be far reaches. University of Michigan and NYU are going to be reaches to. BU, URochester, and UWisconsin are matches. The rest are safetys. GOOD LUCK!

Seems like unfortunate circumstances inhibited you from doing your best but nonetheless, you should be good for most of them. When it comes to application time, make sure you take advantage of the sections designated for you to explain extenuating circumstances and maybe ask the counselor to mention some of these in his letter so your marks in 2nd semester sophomore year will be understood in the proper context.
