Could someone please post their rejection letter

I was intrigued if my letter was any different and am currently on the road, so I can't post mine to compare.
Thanks guys!

I'm pretty sure they're all the same. Specifically, they say that you have been rejected and that you will now die...3...2...1. dead. see ya.

For me they send 4 pages:
2 pages with the letter (2nd page was very short)
and 2 pages of FAQ.

Is this the same for all?

I only got one page with the letter and the other 2 with FAQs.

bump

anyone able to post it?

lol can't i ripped it into many pieces

Dear ________,

we have arrived at the end of our application review period, and I am sorry to say that we are unable to offer you a space in this year's entering class.
you should be proud of your accomplishments, and we encourage you to press on in your pursuit of higher education. our decision is by no means a statement about your ability to succeed in college, nor isit any kind of judgement of you as a person. admission was significantly more competitive this year. we were unable to accommodate thousands of very strong candidates, including students with excellent academic records, remarkable talents, fascinating experiences and illuminating perspectives. it may or may not comfort you to know that this has been an extraordinarily difficult year for our staff. none of us enjoys turning away capable students.
numbers don't tell the whole story, but you may find them helpful. we recieved nearly 34,000 applications for admission from students all around the world. in order to enroll a class of 2,650 freshmen, we offered admission to roughly 8,400 students. in other words, we had to turn away about 75% of the student who wanted to enroll here. of those offered admission, most achieved nearly straight-A averages, with average SAT scores near 2100.
in addition to grades and test scores, we considered many other factors presented in your application materials. it is a qualitative process, in which opinions are weighed with facts. your application was carefully, respectfully, and thoughtfully reviewed multiple times, by many individuals.
please review the enclosed information sheet for further details about the review process, and for some ideas anout the next steps you might want to consider if you wish to attend USC in the future.
thank you for considering USC. we wish you the best in your college plans.
sincerely,
timothy e brunold

^ i got the same one page letter, with the second letter about FAQ

however i know there are two different rejection letters: my best friends letter was a lot nicer sounding than the one i got, and even mentioned seeing an admissions counselor on specific dates in June to get her on track to transfer to USC; what's up with that? she did get her rejection letter before me though...

wait you guys got two pages of FAQ? I only got one... and my best friend only got one... what did your second FAQ page talk about?

or was your FAQ not front and back?

I got the one you are talking about scarlet, when I called the admissions office they said that it was because I was a legacy and the june thing is like for legacies to have help planning a transfer

ooh, but my best friend really isn't legacy... i think one of her cousins went... but that's the same for me pretty much... my aunt and uncle went... how weird...

really..if your cousin went then you can get the june transfer thing?..i really want to transfer to usc..did the usc application even ask if your cousins went?

you can still transfer even if you didn't get that version of the rejection letter.. it's just to help people who are already considered a part of the 'trojan family' get on track to transfer

..and i'm pretty sure cousins don't count for legacies (they do not ask that on the app.. just parents/siblings/grandparents)
