(I skipped a year in math and french, I was the only student in my high school to do that. Normally people only take one AP class junior year. Btw, I go to a public high school near Boston, 2000 people)
I was a national merit semifinalist. </p>
<p>I was very sick the year before and it affected my GPA. I also had to drop ballroom dancing because of that,
my extracurricular activities are now volunteering at math school (teaching 7th graders), a college course in math at Boston University, a seminar with four kids, our headmaster, and the head of the history department on the Middle East (this is what I am most interested in), a ceramics class. </p>
<p>My classes this year are AP European History, AP Statistics, and AP Govt and Political Science. Also European literature,
I don't take a science.</p>
