Could this be perceived as deceitful?

So I realized this today, of course after my straight up rejection from an Early round which was very confusing for me.
My guidance counselor could not get the common app to work and chose to submit everything by email, thing is they used their personal email account, not the official one, in addition to the fact that the recommendation was submitted extremely late. Additionally, I know for a fact that some of the other letters written have contained typos.
Do you think that a college might think this is me faking something? What should I do? I read that colleges might subject additional review to a gmail or yahoo address, which is code for we think you might be lying but as far as I know, no additional review was conducted?

My guess is if they had any concern they would contact the guidance counselor for verification. In this scenario your GC would obviously verify the materials so no harm no foul.

I’m worried to because I know from personal experience that this email is checked about once a year…and since it’s a personal email a college response might go straight to spam. Plus if they tried to call the school the number on the website is wrong. You have to go directly to the man district to get the correct number …

I go to a very organized and efficient school…

You could simply confirm with your GC that all was processed

I imagine that the college would have checked with your GC if there was any question. You can talk to your GC.
