Could use some college choice help!

I’ve already applied/started applying to some of these schools, but I haven’t sent scores yet. About me:
GPA: 3.83 (unweighted)
Academics: five honors classes (homeschooled so no AP)
SAT EBRW+Math: 1420
ACT: 31
Desired major: Biology, biomedical sciences, would like a school with a pre medicine program
Lots of extracurriculars and community service
The schools I’m considering are Tulane first, followed by Vanderbilt (unrealistic I know), University of Houston, and Mississippi State University (safety school, in-state).
I don’t want to spend much money --actually, my dad thinks I need a full ride scholarship. If anyone knows any colleges that offer a good amount of academic scholarship money that I could get into, that’d be nice. Thanks!

I’d look at a few more in-state options if they exist. Combined with scholarship or financial aid packages you can probably save a considerable amount on tuition. Your stats look OK. If you’re particularly good at any subjects look at taking one or two AP exams, very possible to self-study.

Are you low income enough to get a large need-based financial aid award?

How much is your Dad willing to contribute to your college education each year? Have you calculated your EFC based on parents income? Have you run the Net Price calculators that are available on the college websites to see an estimate of your costs?

No, I’m middle class. I have four siblings though, two in college right now.

I’m not sure. When my older brother was applying to college, he got a few scholarships and lowered the cost of attendance to about 10,000 dollars a year (from 17,000 dollars per year). My dad said that was still to much and shipped him to a junior college. From that I guess I can assume he wants to spend less than 10k yearly.

Applying to reach schools like Tulane and Vanderbilt when you need a full-ride scholarship is not a realistic.
Mississippi State could with merit aid should have a competitive price with community college. Are you getting a student loan to add to your budget?

Another state with big merit awards is Alabama. Check UAH and other campuses to see what you qualify for.
