Could you chance me? What level of college should I be looking at?

Hi I am currently a junior in high school and I know all of my grades and information for my application but do not know what level of college to look at. I have not great grades but have taken 6 AP's in my first three years with 3 more next year. I am primarily looking at schools that have Biomedical Engineering degree programs with the option of switching to a Bio major.

My Current Information:

34 ACT
93 weighted GPA
690 Bio SAT II
710 Chem SAT II

President of Two Clubs (Both Engineering and Science Based)
Founding Member + Treasurer of a computer programming club.

I also have worked in a research lab for two summers and will have a great recommendation written by the PhD in the Lab.
I plan on entering Intel STS and ISEF with my project from this lab.

Colleges I'm Considering:

University of Pennsylvania (Both Parents are alumni)
Northwestern
Cornell
Lehigh
Binghamton
University of Rochester

You knew the question will come, what is your unweighted GPA?

My school will not tell me yet but my unweighted GPA is probably around a 88.

You should check out [Test Prep: GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, SAT, ACT, and More](http://www.princetonreview.com)

and take the college quiz, and and then it tells you

That quiz shows Penn as a ‘reach’ but a 90% match when I enter all of the information.

Would double alumni help me enough that I should apply early?
