(I would like to major in the biological sciences, maybe neuroscience)

I volunteer at a hospital.
I work alongside doctors to help them with certain projects.
Part of the Honors society.
Part of the science olympiad club and president my sophomore year.
Was a competitive tennis player for 2 years in high school (ranked in top 100 of state).

I think you are a strong candidate for all the UCs you list. Please note, a significant portion of UC admission is subjective, meaning that people with above average stats get rejected each year. I’d encourage you to apply broadly, perhaps include UCSC, UCR - maybe SDSU and CP SLO too. You want to keep your options open.
