Couldn't locate my record...

<p>I'm not sure why, but the number to get scores keeps telling me that they are unable to locate my record after I enter my information. For some reason, my DOB is causing a problem... I've entered both my SS and AP numbers repeatedly but every time they were unable to locate my records.</p>

<p>So I guess I need to talk to a college board person... are they available over the weekend, or am I going to have to wait until Monday? :(</p>

<p>It could have just been a bubbling error. Also, you may have to wait until Tuesday before you can speak to someone (I’m not sure if they will be working during the fourth of July).</p>

<p>I haven’t experienced this before, but there could be a myriad of reasons as to why you can’t access your scores. </p>

<p>Try speaking to someone about it using the number posted by Yatta; they may be able to assist you over the phone. Worst case scenario: wait a few more weeks to receive your results (but with an extra eight dollars in your pocket).</p>
