I graduated highschool this past May and am starting to apply to colleges this fall as a first year student.
My counselor said that she cannot access my electronic copy of my transcript from my school's county and upload it onto the Common App School Report.
Can I just send in my official transcript through mail without my counselor submitting a transcript on the common application?</p>
