Counselor Form?

<p>I am ready to submit the application online. I have my transcript in hand and am ready to mail it off. I am going to finish the personal statement tomorrow. However, I read that there is a counselor form that I need to submit. </p>

<p>Where is this form? Also, under the section of 'academic honors/awards and school ECs" or something like that, I pretty much put everything that was on my CommonApp (like work, etc.).</p>

<p>Is this fine? I am an international so I want those scholarships really badly so I figured that it would look really good and help for scholarships if I had all that on there.</p>

<p>Also, am I missing anything from my app? Also, I asked before, but I forgot....for scholarships (the merit based for international), will they use my October SAT I score? My May score is probably much worse.</p>

<p>OK, I found it after I submitted my application.</p>

<p>I have another question though. I accidentally submitted my application twice! I got 2 emails confirming my submitting my application. Is this really bad or will they ignore it?</p>
