I'm a Canadian and my counselor just told me that she indicated that we are NOT an international school. Will this hurt me in the application process, or will they view it as her mistake?

Ask her to call the school for you and explain her mistake and have them make a note of it.

The thing is.. she is still certain we aren't international even though I've tried explaining it to her many times. Should I contact the schools?

I have the exact same problem here!
She thought ''international'' meant international baccalaureat school or something.
so she didn't check off the box, and by consequence, didn't get the international school form to fill out...
I'd be really curious for an answer..

Just bumping the thread!

If your counselor doesn't reply, I would just email the school explaining there was a mistake on your SSR and you would like to fill out the international form.
