<p>On a lot of my applications it says at the top "secondary school report" but then after I fill out the top half and it says "give the rest to your counselor to fill out" its all things for the counselor to rate me. it seems to me that its more like a counselor reccomendation than a secondary school report form. are these two the same thing??</p>
<p>The rec talks about you. The secondary school report talks about your school: what courses are available, how GPA is calculated, etc. But they are often sent together, by your guidance counselor, so it's on the similar form.</p>
