<p>You do need one, but maybe you can get it from your last counselor. Don’t know for sure thou.</p>
<p>Yes you do, and, if you were on good terms with your retired counselor, you might ask for a letter now. But don’t focus on “impressing” anyone - it should come naturally.</p>
