Counselor Recommendation?

<p>In the UMich application it says:</p>

<p>"Complete PART 1, and submit this form (with your entire application book) to your guidance counselor or your principal to complete the remaining sections."</p>

<p>If I'm doing my application online, do I still have to print out the entire application, fill it out and submit it with my counselor recommendation?</p>
